Ahimsa Strategies supports its clients in doing the work of justice, together. We aim to help groups move through the tensions and conflicts inherent in equity work in ways that expand our imaginations, feed our souls, strengthen our relationships, and spark transformative change. We deliver trainings, applied research, and bespoke organizational engagements to support more effective, authentic and humanizing racial justice conversations and organizational equity processes. Ahimsa envisions a world in which future generations look back on our struggles with equity work and wonder: "How was it so hard?"
